  6. So true! Meron akong problem with my subcloning experiments akala ko dahil sirang DNA ligase, degraded overhangs, etc. Naging heat sensitive yung transformed E. coli kaya walang tumutubo sa plate pag-incubate at 37 degrees overnight kailangan room temperature lang for 2 days. Weird.
